Amber Seven Raisch-Fairbanks

SERVICE LOCATION:  PRESCOTT COMMUNITY CENTER, CASS LAKE, MINNESOTA

Amber Seven Raisch-Fairbanks, 34, of Cass Lake, Minnesota, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, April 17, 2021, as the result of a car accident.

Amber was born on January 12, 1987 to Terry Lee Robinson, Sr. and Judith Fairbanks. She grew up with her six siblings in Cass Lake, and graduated from Cass Lake-Bena High School. Amber was the mother of six children whom she considered her purpose for living: Ieesha, Kendall, Kayden, Kaylee, Ilianna, and Keith. Even as Amber struggled with personal challenges, her heart was one of love which she expressed openly to her family and the many friends she made along the way.  Amber worked for a time at Northern Lights Casino in Walker and enjoyed beading, coloring, and writing, recently learning calligraphy.

Amber leaves behind her mother Judith Fairbanks; spouse Travis Raisch; son Keith Raisch; daughters Ieesha Fairbanks, Kendall Fairbanks, Kayden Raisch, Kaylee Raisch, and Ilianna Raisch; brothers Ronald Shabaiash, Christopher Shabaiash, Terry Robinson, Jr., and Byron Garbow; sister Judee Garbow; special grandparents Joyce and Daniel Morris; aunts Karen Moses, Sharon (Anthony) Kotla, Cynthia Fairbanks, Kelly Robinson, and Sue Robinson; uncles Larry Robinson and Richard Robinson, Jr.; and many cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father; brothers Zachary Fairbanks and Skye Fairbanks; grandparents Frieda and Selam Fairbanks and Gladys and Richard Robinson Sr.

A wake for Amber will begin Tuesday, April 20, 2021, at 5:00pm at the Prescott Community Center, Cass Lake, MN and will continue until her service on Wednesday, April 21, at 11:00am. Steve Hanson will lead the service. Casketbearers will be Terry Robinson, Jr., Byron Garbow, Darius Shabaiash, Malachi Shabaiash, Silas Blue, and Natasha Shabaiash. Keevin Raisch will serve as Alternate Casketbearer. Honorary Casketbearers will be Ron Shabaiash; Amber’s children Keith Raisch, Ieesha Fairbanks, Kendall Fairbanks, Kayden Raisch, Kaylee Raisch, and Ilianna Raisch; and her friends, too many to mention. Interment will follow in the Chippewa Bible Church Cemetery, Oak Point, Minnesota.
