Angel Starr Roberts

Angel Starr Roberts, infant daughter of Rashonda Roberts and Junior Pemberton of Minneapolis, MN, passed away on July 14, 2026 in Robbinsdale, MN. Her soul was just too beautiful for this world. She will be remembered by her family and parents.

Angel is survived by her parents; siblings Nathan Pemberton of Minneapolis and Ra’Veah Roberts of Red Lake; grandmother Raynelle Roberts of Red Lake; great-grandmother Sherrlene Roberts of Red Lake; aunt Rhyanna Roberts of Red Lake; uncle Ricky “Grace” Roberts of Red Lake; great-aunt Ravonna Peoples of Minneapolis; special sister Emberly Roberts of Red Lake; special family member Jaquan Peoples of Minneapolis; special aunts Stacy Day and Rayeonna Peoples of Minneapolis; and many more loving family.

She is preceded in death by her grandfather Raymond “Minzie” Roberts; great-grandparents James and Agnes Roberts and Mathew and Ethel Sayers.

A wake will begin at 1 PM on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at the New Red Lake Community Center and will continue until the funeral at 1 PM on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 with Father Tom Niehaus.  Active Pallbearers will be David Dudley Sr and Jay Corporal. Honorary Pallbearers will be Rayshayna Roberts, Grace Graves, Ryniah Roberts, Rayeonna Peoples, Janet Drouillard, Leahna Barrett, Stacy Day, Rhyanna Roberts, Ricky Roberts, RiShawn Roberts, Ryan Roberts, Ramisha Peoples. Burial will be at St Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Red Lake, MN. Arrangements provided by Whispering Pines Funeral & Cremation Service, serving Northern Minnesota.
