Arno (Arnie) Warren Dick

Arno (Arnie) Warren Dick, age 58, of Bemidji MN, entered the spirit world on March 18, 2023 at his foster home.

He was born on April 24, 1964 in Cass Lake, MN, to Joseph Dick Sr (Red Lake – Bull Head Clan) and Emily Francis Helip (Winterhaven CA – Road Runner Clan). Arnie loved to ice fish, spear fish and fishing tournaments of any kind. He enjoyed his pool and darts, along with life with many drinking friends and his close group of friends. He was in the military amongst his older brothers and they all became some “badass” Marines.  He was a great Houdini, an escape artist, on top of his wonderful talent to paint and draw, excellent carpenter and many talents that made him an extraordinary individual. He was very traditional and enjoyed spending time up north with his siblings and children, but always called Winterhaven, California HOME. Was considered a lucky Dick, wherever and whenever he would gamble.

He is preceded in death by spouse, MaryAnn Bobolink, daughter Cheyenne Rushman; brothers Melvin Dick, Joe Dick Jr, Tony Dick and Lester Dick; sisters Rose Beaulieu, Rosy Reed and Maggie Days; grandsons (Barbara) Dante Staples and (Cheyenne) Exavier White.

He is survived by son Aaron Dick, daughters Lydia Sargent, Barbara Dick, Halle Sargent, Jenny Dick and adopted daughter Amy Morgan; sisters Bonita Deweaveau and Elaine Gotchie. Grandchildren (Cheyenne) Daunte Rushman, Devaugn Rushman, Roman Rushman and Mileena Rushman; (Lydia) Susan Sargent; (Barbara) Jazmin Montalvo and Denelle Staples; (Aaron) Rozelyn Thompson; Amy Morgan (special daughter) and Senoyia Havier.

The wake will begin at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at the Cass Lake Veterans Memorial Building, 16599 69th Avenue NW, Cass Lake, MN and continue until the service at 10:00 AM on Thursday, March 23, 2023 with Chato Gonzalez as spiritual leader. Final Disposition will take place in Arizona at a later date.
