Brenda Joyce Erickson

Brenda Joyce Erickson, age 86, passed away on March 8, 2026 at Country Manor in Sartell, MN.

Brenda was born on January 29, 1940 to Sidney and Myrtle (Hendrickson) Neal in St. Peter, MN. Brenda moved to California when she was a child. She married Lee Richard Erickson from Remer, MN, and they lived in Long Beach, CA, where they raised their three boys. In 1995, they retired and moved back to MN, where they lived on Little Webb Lake in Hackensack. Brenda enjoyed gardening, her Red Hat Club, church activities and especially spending time with her family. Brenda loved when the grandkids would come to the lake and also when she would go to all of their activities.

Brenda is survived by her sons: Neal (Laura) Erickson, Mark (Crystal) Erickson, and David (Sheri) Erickson; grandchildren: Brett (Kayla), Joshua, Rebecca (Abe), Kyle, Sarah, Trevor and Steven; and great-grandchildren: Arya, Bowen, Vilette and Gwen.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Sidney and Myrtle; her husband, Lee; and siblings: Donald Neal, Vilette Neal and Lois Houston.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at 11:00 AM at Hope Lutheran Church in Walker, MN. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Burial will follow the service at Fairview Cemetery in Remer, MN.
