Carrie Bongo Obituary

Carrie Dionne Bongo, Bugonaygeshigikwe “Hole In The Day Woman”, age 53, of Bemidji, MN, travelled to the spirit world on Wednesday, October 4, 2023.

Carrie was born on December 15, 1969, in Bemidji, MN. She was a beautiful Ojibwe woman and is now more gorgeous than ever. She will be dearly missed by her family.

Services will begin at 8AM on Monday, October 9, 2023, at Mission Community Center. Burial will be at Morgan Cemetery in Oak Point, next to her mother, Janice Bongo. Arrangements provided by Whispering Pines Funeral & Cremation Service of Walker & Hackensack (whisperingpinesnorth.com).
