Dale Earl Augustine

Dale Earl Augustine, age 70, died on April 3, 2026 in Sanford Medical Center in Fargo, North Dakota.

Dale was born on July 6, 1955 in Red Lake, MN, to Sarah Lussier and Earl Augustine. Dale served in the Marines and spent a lot of time in California during that time. Dale loved to laugh and joke around.  

Dale was preceded in death by his parents Sarah Lussier and Earl Augustine; grandparents Edward and Anna (Hanson) Lussier; siblings: Earl Augustine Jr, Marian Strong, Karen Wiebe and Donna Beaulieu.

He is survived by his wife Belan; sisters Gail (Clifton) Rabideaux, Cheryl (Brad) Rhodes and Joyce Janson.

A wake will begin at 12 PM on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at the New Red Lake Center and will continue until the funeral at 10 AM on Friday, April 10, 2026 with Willie Strong.  Active Pallbearers will be Rodney Lussier, Derek Lussier, Barry Oakgrove, Jason Strong, Shaleigha Neadeau and Dusty.  Honorary Pallbearers will be family and friends. Burial will be at St Mary’s Cemetery in Red Lake, MN.  Arrangements provided by Whispering Pines Funeral & Cremation Service, serving Northern Minnesota.
