Della A. Littlewolf

Della Avis Littlewolf, age 68, passed away on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, in Virginia, MN.

Della was born on July 20,1956 to Steve and Marie Frances Littlewolf. She was the 10th of 14 children and grew up in Hibbing, MN.  Growing up, Della was known for playing jokes on her siblings and her speed when chasing them. As an adult, Della loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews. Della loved Joe Mauer and the Minnesota Twins. Even recently, her brother Ron would tease her about wanting to marry Joe Mauer and she would say "Oh, be quiet, Ronnie." She had a great sense of humor.  Della was kind and generous.  She was always willing to help her family out.  Della spent her last years at Chestnut Grove Care Home in Virginia Minnesota and we would like to thank the staff there for their kindness in caring for her.

 Della was preceded in death by her parents, Steve and Marie Frances (Johnson) Littlewolf; sisters: Carol, Joyce, Brenda and Janice and her brothers, Cedric, Richard and Kenneth Littlewolf.

Della is survived by her sisters: Donna Day, Verna Littlewolf, Cheryl Littlewolf and brothers: Tim, Brian and Ron (Jenny) Littlewolf as well as many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Della’s life will be held  at 11AM on Monday, December 9, 2024 at the Cass Lake Alliance Church, 21 2nd Street NE, Cass Lake, with visitation one hour prior to the service, with Pastor Mark Little Elk officiating.  Burial will be at Pine Grove Cemetery in Cass Lake.
