Jerry Andrew Redden, age 33, began his journey to the spirit world on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 in Mahnomen, MN.
Jerry was born on July 30, 1991 to Tammy Jo (Carter) Hart and Jeffery Redden in Thief River Falls, MN. Jerry loved hard and he would give you the shirt off his back. His family was his life and his children were his world. He loved making people laugh and once you came into his life, he would protect you with his life. Jerry loved spending time with his friends and playing his x-box when he got his down time, but he always seemed to be out helping someone who needed help. He was a gentle giant and he is going to be sadly missed by everyone.
Jerry is survived by his daughters: Dahlia and Bayleigh Redden; son: Bryson; parents: Tammy Jo and Kevin Hart; biological father: Jeffery Redden; siblings: Elliot Hart, Ben Hart, Tashia (Jonathan) Hart-Thunder, Harley (Abby) Hart, Tanya Aery and Lee (Brooklynn) Redden; grandmothers: Clarine Wagner and Shari Peters; grandfather: Kevin Hart Sr; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his grandfathers: Allen, Leroy and Gary; great-grandmother: Nadine; and many other relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Life Open House will begin at 1 PM on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at the Old Red Lake Center and will continue until 5 PM on Wednesday, July 16, 2025. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jesus (Chewy) Reyes, Frank Blue, Miles Hail, Brent Sigana, Aaron Merck, Nodin Wind and Terry Wind Jr. Burial will be at a later date.
