Joseph Cash

Joseph William Cash, age 85, passed away on Monday, September 11, 2023, in Deer River, MN.

Joseph was born on November 17, 1937, in Lawley, Alabama to Thomas and Earlene (Hall) Cash. Joseph was a lifelong Chicago Bears and Cubs fan. He also loved to watch WWE Wrestling. He worked at Northern Lights Casino for many years as a coin changer, slot technician and later in the gift shop.

He is survived by his children: Theresa Cash and Steve Cash; 15 grandchildren, and 31 great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Bedeau-Cash; son, James Cash; his parents; three brothers: Charles Cash, Milton Cash, Billy Cash; three sisters: Doris Cross, Ethel Curren, Francis Sarto.

A celebration of life will be held from Noon to 4PM on Saturday, September 30, 2023. Arrangements provided by Whispering Pines Funeral & Cremation Service of Walker & Hackensack, MN.
