Judith “Judy” Marie Barrett

Judy passed away at her home in Red Lake, MN on Wednesday, June 7, 2023.

Judy was born to Charles Carl and Lucille Barrett on July 11, 1946, in Red Lake MN, Judy’s other mother Josie Barrett. Judy joined in marriage with Wilbur Humphrey Sr.  She loved being with her grandchildren, they were her pride and joy, her children made her life complete. She was a homemaker, loved to cook, clean, and hangout with friends and family, especially her grandkids.

Judy is preceded in death by: her sons Gene, Frank, Hunter, Baby Frank, her mothers and father.

Judy leaves behind sons: Wilbur Humphrey Jr, Charles Barrett Sr, Ralph and daughter, Jocelyn Humphrey; grandchildren: Jaycee, Ciara, Charles Jr, Hunter Irvin, Misun Jay, Janessa, Jazmin, Daycia, Cadence, Gene Marie, Katrina and Reshawn; Judy’s hospice, nurse Karen Ramirez, special friend of the family, Lee Ann M. Cobenais.

The wake will take place from 10:00am to 7:00pm on Saturday, June 10, 2023, at the Old Red Lake Center in Red Lake. Pall bearers will be: Wilbur Humphrey Jr, Charles Barrett Sr, Hunter I Parker, Misun J Parker. Arrangements provided by Whispering Pines Funeral & Cremation Service.
