Kenton "KJ" Brevik Obituary

Kenton “KJ” Wayne Brevik, age 25, began his journey to the spirit world on August 2, 2025 in Red Lake, MN.

KJ was born on June 28, 2000 to Kenton Wayne Stillday Sr and Raven Brevik in Grand Forks, North Dakota.  KJ was a good soul – not perfect, not soft all the time, but real. He had that gentle energy, the kind that didn’t move with hate. He had fire when he was mad and it was needed. Still, through all of that, he carried a heart that stayed kind. He wasn’t fake, he wasn’t cruel, he just felt deeply. He had the kind of soul that people remember, and he will be remembered for his heart, for his calm, for the fire he carried in the right moments. He was a good kid and he will always be remembered and loved. He worked for the Red Lake Police Department. He loved food, especially buffalo chicken pizza and chicken cordon bleu. He loved live-stream gaming, Dead By Daylight, Rainbow 6 Siege, FNAF Games and Minecraft. One of his hobbies was to make maps as he was always planning to make a game. He wanted to join the military at some point. He loved just hanging out, making jokes, sending memes, playing game and watching shows. He loved his cat Butch and his dog Dexter, and he will be buried with his other cat he loved, Ekko. He was like family to all he loved and who loved him.
