Kurt Robert Kolodge

Kurt Robert Kolodge, age 58, of Cloquet, Minnesota, passed away on December 30, 2023 in Redwood
Falls, Minnesota. Kurt was born in Cloquet on March 1, 1965 to Joseph and Carol (Johnson) Kolodge.

He graduated from Cloquet High School in 1983 and worked at Potlatch (Sappi) for 28 years until his
retirement. Kurt enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and the Minnesota Vikings. He especially loved his
canine friends, Morgan, Magnum and Jessie.

Kurt is survived by his sons Joshua and Justin Kolodge, both of Cloquet; granddaughter Everleigh
Kolodge; brother Joe (Sue) Kolodge; and sister Michelle (Marty) O’Leary of Cloquet.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

A service will be held on Friday, April 12, 2024 at 2:30 PM at St Joseph’s Catholic Church, 6497 MN-27, Kettle River with Father Shamus Walsh officiating. Burial will be at St Joseph’s Cemetery in Kettle River, Minnesota.
