Lily Rose Cobenais-Miller, Wiyakpa Waste Win "Beautiful Woman She Sparkles Shines Bright Like the Stars", began her journey to the spirit world on Saturday, May 31, 2025 in Minneapolis, MN.

Lily was loved very much and her memory will live within her family's hearts and memories.

Those she leaves behind are her parents, James Miller and Amber Cobenais; brothers: Julian Cobenais, Terence Kingbird Jr and Kevin Neadeau; sister Hayli'ana White; grandmas: Bonita Johnson and Tawacin Waste-King; great-grandma Adele Zephier; and numerous aunts, uncles and other family members.

She is preceded in death by her grandpa: Donald "Don Don" Cobenais; grandma: Carol English-Hunt; uncles: Curtis Johnson and Jerell Cook; and Truman and Alvina Beaulieu.

A gathering for Lily will begin at 4 PM on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at the Redby Center and will continue until 1 PM on Thursday, June 12, 2025. Active Pallbearers will be Brennen Pemberton and Maurice Cook. Honorary Pallbearers will be Marcus Neadeau Jr, Kara Johnson, Maiingan Johnson, Julian Cobenais, Terence Kingbird Jr and Tammy Cobenais. Burial will be at the Family Burial Grounds at Fox Point in Redby, MN. Arrangements provided by Whispering Pines Funeral & Cremation Service of Walker & Hackensack, MN.
