Marsha Lynn Neadeau. Age 61, of Red Lake, MN, passed onto the spirit world on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 in Fargo, ND, with her family at her side.
Marsha Lynn Neadeau was born to Judith Neadeau and Elmer Thompson. She was born in Red Lake, MN, on February 3, 1964. Marsha grew up in North Minneapolis with her parents and siblings. She attended Hawthorn Elementary, Franklyn Junior High School, and North High. Marsha welcomed her only child Joshua in November 1984. They moved to Red Lake in 1987. Marsha earned her G.E.D. She then went on to attend Vo-Tech, where she took heavy equipment, baking and Carpentry classes. In 2006, she met the love of her life, Jean Barrett, at a graduation ceremony. Marsha and Jean raised her grandchildren Landen, Logan and DaNaeya. Marsha enjoyed fishing, going to the casino, doing outside activities, and hanging out with family and friends. She made sure all the kids were included. Having older brothers and cousins, Marsha was a daredevil and did things that some of the boys never would. She had a great sense of humor; liked to prank, make jokes, and she loved to moon everyone.
Marsha is survived by her son: Josh (Gina) Neadeau; her life partner: Jean Barrett; her sisters: Armella Neadeau, Valerie (Mike) Thompson and Pennie Neadeau, all of Red Lake, Karen Sue, Joann, and Tracey; her grandchildren: Landen, Logan, DaNaeya, Josh Jr, Gage and Gavin; numerous nieces and nephews who were all very special to her and whom she considered her own; aunts Irma Beaulieu and Bonnie Smith; uncles Terry Neadeau, Clyde (Candy) Neadeau, and Elwyn Neadeau, all of Red Lake.
Marsha is preceded in death by her parents; her brothers: Keith Neadeau, Brian Neadeau, and Sonny Thompson; her sisters: Beverly Neadeau, Sandy Thompson, Carol Thompson and Laural Jackson; a baby granddaughter; her nieces: Rachael, Michelle, and Brionica; her nephews: Louie and Opie; and numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
