Nicholas Adam Trotterchaude

Nicholas Adam Trotterchaude, age 40, entered the spirit world on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at Cloquet Community Hospital, Cloquet, MN. Nicholas was born in Cloquet on January 17, 1982, to Gilbert DeMarr and Renata Trotterchaude.  He is survived by his mother Renata “Dolly” Trotterchaude; children Alize Pierre´, Isabelle Trotterchaude, Nathan Billyboy, Nick Trotterchaude, Jr., Nolan Trotterchaude, Niino Trotterchaude, and Starr Trotterchaude; grandson Leon Trotterchaude; sister Mary Trotterchaude; and brother Richard “Dickie” Trotterchaude.  Nicholas was predeceased by his soul mate Bertha Billyboy and his father Gilbert Demarr.

A funeral service for Nicholas will be held on Thursday, April 21, 2022, at the Fond du Lac Cultural Center, with visitation at 10:00am and the service at 11:00am. Rick Defoe will serve as spiritual leader. Pallbearers will be Craig Shabiash, Randi Jo Trotterchaude, Jessi Lees, Ian Martin-Proulx, Romney Olson, Ross Trotterchaude, Brian Stillday, Jr., and Richard “Dickie” Trotterchaude. Honorary pallbearers will be Nick’s aunties: Rita, Renee, Reva and Rhonda. A private family burial will be held at a later date.
