Rickie Lee Clark, Jr.

Rickie Lee Clark, Jr., age 19, of Redby, MN passed away on October 14, 2020 in Redby.            

Rickie was born on August 31, 2001 to Darilyn Jones and Rickie Clark, Sr., both of Redby. Rickie was raised by his grandmother, Betty.  Rickie was a very caring young man, always had a smile on his face and loved to laugh and joke with those who he was around.  He worked in Security for Seven Clans Casino in Red Lake. 

He loved to play his PS4, be on Snapchat and Facebook, and enjoyed music.  He liked to hang out with his family and friends and played softball for P-Town.  He loved being with his best buddy, Todd Stillday.

Rickie is survived by his parents: Darilyn Jones and Rickie Clark, Sr.; brothers, Austin Jones and Stanley Clark; sisters:  Veronica Clark,  LaResha Clark, Ricky Clark all of Redby; grandmothers:  Betty Jones and Vivian “Tinny” Clark; uncles: Vernon Clark Jr., Paul Jones, Joel Jones, Darrell “Dane” Clark, Wayne Clark; and  Aunt Val Clark; special friend Angelina Raincloud as well as other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by two infant sons and grandfather Vernon Clark Sr. and Paul Stillday.

The wake will begin at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at the Redby Community Center in Redby and will continue until the service at 1:00 pm on Thursday, October 22, 2020 with Pastor Tom Pollock officiating. The casketbearers will be Rodney Stillday, Jr., Paul Jones, Gregory Fairbanks, Gilbert Juarez, Tyler Davidson, Ryan Jones, Terry Jourdain and Rick Clark, Sr.. Honorary casketbearers will be:  Austin Jones, Deondre Jones, Todd Stillday, Marlyn Black, Jr., Heather Stillday, Sheree Cloud, Delilah Cloud, Andrell Charnoski, Jared Jones, Chaise Rosebear, Matt Hardy, Shaliesha White and Shannon Jones.  Interment will be at the Redby Community Cemetery in Redby.  Arrangements provided by Whispering Pines Funeral & Cremation Service of Walker (www.whisperingpinesnorth.com).
