Roger Zeeb, age 74, died on November 7, 2025, at his home in Backus, Minnesota.
Roger was born June 23, 1951, in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Marvin and Marilyn Zeeb. Roger attended Minnetonka High School and then went on to Saint Cloud State University. He traveled to many parts of the world and ran a travel agency in Hopkins, MN. Later, he became a real estate agent in the Pine River area. Every fall Roger spent many hours duck hunting on the lakeshore. His other hobbies included tinkering with computers, boats and cars; working in his garden, and listening to classic rock and other music (especially John Hiatt). He enjoyed visits from his grandchildren and hanging out at the lake in the sunshine.
He was preceded in death by his father Marvin Zeeb; his mother Marilyn Zeeb; and his partner Maria Molden.
Roger is survived by his brother Robert Zeeb; his three children Lisandr Zeeb, Laura Greening (Zeeb) and her spouse Ben Greening, and Sara Zeeb; three grandchildren; and his beloved cat Pokey.

A Celebration of Life Open House will be held from 2-4 PM on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at Whispering Pines Funeral Home in Hackensack, 3695 Autumn Loop NW, Hackensack.
