Rosario Bulgar Geschwill

Rosario Bulgar Geschwill, 76, of Backus, Minnesota passed away surrounded by family on Sunday, February 16, 2025.  

Rosario was born to Felix Celorico and Tarcela  (Burjal) Buce on April 30, 1948 in Buhi, Phillipines.  Rosario enjoyed walking in the woods, gardening – especially her flowers, and fishing – not in a boat. She loved being surrounded by family and friends who made her happy. 

She was preceded in death by her parents: Felix and Tercela; her husband Edmund; brothers: Rodriquez Bulgar Buce, Amadio Bulgar Buce 

She will be greatly missed by her children Maria (Darren), John John (Tracy), and their four grandchildren Jessica Renee Bellotte, James Thomas, Bellotte, Rebekah Lynn Geschwill and Christopher Lee Geschwill;

A visitation for Rosario will be from 10:00 AM until the 11:00 AM Funeral Mass on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Hackensack, Minnesota.  Rosario’s cremains will be laid to rest with her husband, Edmund, at a later date at Fort Ripley Veterans Cemetery in Little Falls, Minnesota.
