Scott Patrick Ganyo, “Scotty”, age 64, passed away on Thursday, January 16, 2025 in Onamia, MN.

Scott was born on May 5, 1960 in Minneapolis, MN. Scott had a real passion for his family. A true love that could not be broken. He always had a smile ready for you, a hug that lasted beyond the embrace, and an ear ready to listen. Anything he could do to help, he would.  Almost, but not quite, was his love of sports! Scott loved sports of all kinds. When you think of Scott, you think of sports. He not only loved to watch, but he absolutely loved to play them…and play them very well!

Scott is survived by his 3 sons, 2 daughters, countless grandchildren, 4 sisters and 2 brothers.

He is preceded in death by his father, mother, brother and many others.

A wake will begin at 11 AM on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at the Old Little Rock Center and continue until the service at 11 AM on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 with Fr. John Christianson. Active Pallbearers will be all his family and friends.  Arrangements provided by Whispering Pines Funeral & Cremation Service of Walker & Hackensack, MN.
