Tammi Sue Stately

Tammi Sue Stately, age 46, passed away on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, in Fargo, ND.

Tammi was born on December 27, 1979, to Myrna Stately and Rudy Corona. She graduated from Red Lake High School. Tammi always loved working. Her first job was helping her mom while she worked and as she got older worked in housekeeping for many years. She also worked at the hardware store, was a certified welder and completed her classes at Oshkiimaajiitadah and most recently the Trading Post Deli. Tammi loved going to Pow-wows and listening to music and scrolling on Facebook to keep up with friends and family. Above all, she enjoyed spending time with her boys and grandbabies at home.

She will be lovingly remembered by her children: Dustin Stately, Raymond Stately, Christopher Stately, Anthony Smith; brothers: Arnold (Lisa) Stately, Rudy Corona Jr; sisters: Denise Corona, Barbara Corona, Michelle Reynolds, Stormie Hanson; grandchildren: Ryleigh Rose Stately, Tilaila Jackson, Jacob French; father of her children, Raymond Smith Jr; aunts and uncles: Mona Stately, Vonnie and Tony Infante; special sisters: Allie Cook, Sheila Erickson and Karen Donnell; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

Tammi was preceded in death by her parents: Myrna Stately and Rudy Corona; sister, Bridget Stately; step-father, Reginald Stillday; grandparents: Leona and Frank Stately and Alice and Jesse Corona.

The wake will begin at 11AM on Saturday, May 31, 2025 at the New Red Lake Community Center in Red Lake and continue until the service at 1PM on Monday, June 2, 2025 with Father Tom Niehaus officiating. Active pallbearers will be: Dustin Stately, Raymond Stately, Christopher Stately, Anthony Smith, Marcus Stately, Chandler May and alternate, Ethan May. Honorary pallbearers will be: Rosa Stately, Cherai Stately, Pebbles Jourdain, Angie Defoe, Michelle Reyonlds, Elizabeth Lussier, Aleicia Held, Dave Dez and Trisha Bush. Burial will be at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Red Lake.
