Terrance “Jack” Elton Bugg, age 69, began his journey to the spirit world on Sunday, October 12, 2025 in Bemidji, MN.
Jack was born on July 25, 1956 to Charles and Geraldine (Evans) Bugg Jr in White Earth, MN. He grew up in St Paul, MN, and graduated from Humboldt High School. Jack moved up to this area in adult years, where he enjoyed working on cars. He loved hunting and fishing, playing keno at the casino, pow wows and watching street fights. Jack was a free spirit and he loved traveling all over, especially to visit family.
Jack is survived by his wife: Larina Bugg (Brown); children: Darlys Teel, Clarissa Bugg, Beverly Bugg, Audrey Bugg, Cyrena Bugg (Alex) and Terrance “Jake” Bugg; 21 grandkids; 6 great-grandkids; sisters: Denise Guinn, Stephanie Kingbird and Bette Bugg; brothers: Clayton Bugg, Mike Stone and Charlie Stone Sr; and Goddaughter: Jennifer Flores.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Charles and Geraldine Bugg Jr; grandparents: Nancy Evans, James Evans, Madeline Raincloud and Charles Bugg; son: Jacob Evan Bugg; granddaughter: Katana Lee Bugg; grandson: Hope Angel Campbell; siblings: Rose Kingbird, Annabelle Hicks, Melvina Bugg, Charlene Bugg, Shawn Bugg Sr, Cynthia Stone, Eric John, Kelly Stone, Stevie Stone and Lynette (Nesky) Stone; nieces and nephews: CJ, Stoney, Cynthia, Collette and Charlotte.
A wake will begin at 1 PM on Thursday, October 16, 2025 at the Ponemah Boys & Girls Club and will continue until the service at 10 AM on Saturday, October 18, 2025 with Spiritual Leader Mike Needham. Active Pallbearers will be Toka Campbell, Angel Campos, Antonio Bugg, Alexis Flores, Raymond Guinn, Randall Guinn, Armondo Campos-Bugg, Darrian Stevens, Marcus Stevens. Alternates: Isaac Jourdain, Jerrick Bugg. Honorary Pallbearers will be Randy “Jiggs” Kingbird, Marlene Schulman, Roseanne Norcross, Rudy Johnson, all nieces, nephews and friends. Burial will be in the Family Burial Grounds in Ponemah, MN. Arrangements provided by Whispering Pines Funeral & Cremation Service, serving Northern Minnesota.
