Timothy Joseph Beaulieu Sr, age 69, died on December 22, 2025 at Sanford Hospital in Bemidji, MN. Timothy was born on November 21, 1956 in Red Lake, MN, to Roman A and Evon (Tiny) Beaulieu, the eighth born of ten siblings. He lived in the Little Rock community all his life. He was an avid outdoorsman and a farmer for many years. He had a passion for classic muscle cars, the Chev Camaro SS was his favorite! He would put his own special touch on them – the mags and rubber and on the engine with the V8. He was an excellent auto mechanic from a very young age and he worked on cars until his illness. Timothy worked for Red Lake Builders – he was a skilled carpenter. He worked on building the Red Lake Hospital and doing projects on his home. He attended St Mary’s Mission School and St John’s Prep and graduated from Red Lake High School in 1975. He attended Northwest Technical for carpentry. He was a talented free-hand artist and his favorite pictures to draw were of Native American Indian dancers and chiefs. He fished for the Red Lake Fisheries as a commercial fisherman.
Timothy is survived by his wife, Della Beaulieu, the love of his life for over 50 years; his children: Renae Beaulieu and Tim Beaulieu Jr; grandchildren: Shaleigh Beaulieu, Dominic Dez, Brianne Maxwell, Kayleigh, Kylie and Kelsie; great-grandchildren: Tycee, Tyleigh, Tyrell Jr and Tre Dillon; brothers: Harlan (Linda) Beaulieu, Adrian (Karen) Beaulieu, Oran (Cheryl) Beaulieu, Leo Beaulieu, Oliver (Elizabeth) Beaulieu; sisters: Norine (Paul) Smith, Gwendolyn (Percy) Spears and Harlene (Marlon) Blue; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Roman A. & Evon “Tiny” Beaulieu; maternal grandparents: Timothy Joseph and Olive Neadeau; paternal grandparents: Joseph and Louise Beaulieu; sister: Willa Beaulieu; grandkids: Dillon, Delanie and Marcus; and nephews: Harley Sayers and Brandon Beaulieu.
A wake will begin at 1 PM on Sunday, December 28, 2025 at the New Little Rock Center and will continue until the service at 11 AM on Monday, December 29, 2025 with Father Tom Niehaus officiating. Active Pallbearers will be Tim Beaulieu Jr, Elmer Beaulieu, Harvey Roy III, Roger Chaboyea, Mike Good, Charlie Goodwin, Ron Beaulieu Jr. Honorary Pallbearers will be Joe Plummer, Darrell G. Seki Sr, Quentin Good, Jack Neadeau, Al Rowland, Arlie Wipf, Joe Iceman, Bob Newago, Diane Roy, nieces and nephews. Burial will be at St Mary’s Cemetery in Red Lake, MN. Arrangements provided by Whispering Pines Funeral & Cremation Service, serving Northern Minnesota.
