James Dean Miller, age 93, passed away at his residence on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at his residence in Monticello, Minnesota.   A service with full military honors will be held on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at 11:00 AM at American Legion Post 260 at 304 Elm St in Monticello, Minnesota.
